An Integrated Literature Review of Nursing Ethics Research for Nursing Students in Korea (2011-2020)

This study was conducted to determine the current state, and future directions, of research on nursing ethics for students in Korea. The analyzed evaluated original articles that explore issues Korean using integrative literature review method proposed by Whittermore Knafl. Five databases were searched with queries combined terms ‘nursing’, ‘student’, ‘ethic’, ‘moral’. From 246 published between 2011 September 2020, 92 finally selected based inclusion criteria data evaluation. According analysis, descriptive studies(75.0%) most common designs article awareness(37.9%) topics. frequent keywords ‘bioethics’, ‘ethics’, ‘(moral) sensitivity’, ‘(critical) thinking’, ‘(ethical) value’, ‘education’, ‘professionalism’. Most instruments used had been developed previous studies(88.2%), types journals which included those interdisciplinary medical fields(47.8%), nursing(27.2%), ethics(10.9%). number per year has increasing, especially 2015 2018, interest ethical professional also increased since 2015. argues order improve quality ethic sresearch, related should be carried out a variety wider range topics, further develop knowledge specific nursing.
